【药理与适用症】: 替普瑞酮为一种萜类物质，具有组织修复作用，特别能强化抗溃疡作用。替普瑞酮能促进胃粘膜微粒体中糖脂质中间体的生物合成，进而加速胃粘膜及胃粘液层中主要的粘膜修复因子即高分子糖蛋白的合成，提高粘液中的磷脂质浓度，从而提高粘膜的防御功能。替普瑞酮不影响胃的正常生理功能，如胃液分泌及胃运动功能。对盐酸、阿司匹林及酒精所致溃疡替普瑞酮具有细胞保护作用，而H2受体拮抗剂和抗胆碱药则无此作用。替普瑞酮还能改善氢化可的松引起的胃粘膜增殖区细胞繁殖能力低下，保持胃粘膜细胞增殖区的稳定性，促使损伤愈合。替普瑞酮并能提高正常大鼠胃体部与幽门间粘膜中PGE2的合成能力，改善失血应激及固定水浸应激引起的胃粘膜血流量低下。
12名健康入以交叉法口服胶囊或颗粒剂150mg，tmax为5小时，胶囊剂的Cmax为1669ng／ml，颗粒剂则为1296ng／ml，以后逐渐减少，10小时后再次达峰值，胶囊剂者为675ng／ml，颗粒剂者为604ng／ml，呈双相性，两种剂型生物利用度未见差异。溃疡患者饭前30分钟或饭后30分钟内服用替普瑞酮150mg，其AUC比空腹服用时高30—45倍。替普瑞酮在组织中的分布浓度高于血浓度；临床研究了替普瑞酮的胃内分布，结果证实替普瑞酮在溃疡部位的平均浓度较周围组织高约10倍。
主要用于胃溃疡。
【注意事项】
1.对妊娠妇女及儿童用药的安全性尚未确定，孕妇儿童应慎用。
2。总不良反应发生率约为2．22％，主要有便秘、腹胀、AST及ALT轻度升高、头痛、皮疹及总胆固醇升高等。上述不良反应一般在停药后即可消失。
【用法与用量】: 饭后30分钟内口服，每日3次，每次1粒胶囊(50mg)或颗粒剂0．5g(含替普瑞酮50mg)。
【性状】: 替普瑞酮为含不同几何异构体的油状混合物。
【包装】: 胶囊剂：每胶囊50mg；颗粒剂：100mg／g。
