适应症
适用于需要补充谷氨酰胺患者的肠外营养，包括处于分解代谢和高代谢状况的患者。
用法用量
本品是一种高浓度溶液，不可直接输注。在输注前，必须与可配伍的氨基酸溶液或含有氨基酸的输液相混合，然后与载体溶液一起输注。1体积的本品应与至少5体积的载体溶液混合（例如：100ml本品应加入至少500ml载体溶液），混合液体中本品的最大浓度不应超过3.5%。
剂量根据分解代谢的程度和氨基酸的需要量而定。胃肠外营养每天供给氨基酸的最大剂量为2克/KG体重，通过本品供给的氨基酸和谷氨酰胺量应计算在内，通过本品供给的氨基酸量不应超过全部氨基酸供给量的20%。
每日剂量：1.5-2.0ml/kg体重，每日最大剂量：2.0ml/kg体重。
丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液首先由德国费森尤斯•卡比公司于1995年在德国研制生产上市。
Dipeptiven Concentrated Solution for Infusion
Supply: 20g N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine (=13.46g L-glutamine) /100ml /btl  <<IDPV>>
Description: Dipeptiven is a concentrated solution for infusion.
Action: N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine is endogenously split into the amino acids glutamine and alanine hereby supplying glutamine with infusion solutions for parenteral nutrients into their respective body pools and are metabolized according to the needs of the organism. Many disease conditions, in which parenteral nutrition is indicated, are accompanied by a glutamine depletion, which glutamine containing infusion regimens counteract.
Pharmacokinetics: N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine is rapidly split into alanine and glutamine after infusion. PH 5.4-6.0, Osmolality 921 mosmol / L. In man, half-lives of between 2.4 and 3.8 min (in terminal renal insufficiency 4.2 min) and a plasma clearance of between 1.6 and 2.7 l/min were determined. The disappearance of the dipeptide was accompanied by an equimolar increase of the corresponding free amino acids. Hydrolysis probably takes place exclusively in the extracellular space. Renal elimination of N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine under constant infusion is below 5% and thus the same as that of infused of infused amino acids.
Indication: 做為一般非經消化道營養需額外補充glutamine的病人（如：異化過度或新陳代謝過度的病人）氨基酸溶液之補充品。
Dosage and Administration:
Solutions of mixtures with an osmolality above 800 mOsm / l should be infused by the central venous route.
1. Daily dosage 1.5-2.0 ml /kg BW (= 0.3-0.4 g dipeptide, should be less than 20% of total amino acid supply)
2. Infusion rate : not exceed 0.1 g amino acids / kgBW / hr
3. The duration of use should not exceed 3 weeks.
4. amino acid的需求量為1.5gm/kg/day : (1.2 amino acid + 0.3gm DipeptivenÒ) /kg BW
amino acid的需求量為2.0gm/kg/day : (1.6 amino acid + 0.4gm DipeptivenÒ) /kg BW
Adverse drug reaction:
Overdose: chills, nausea, and vomiting can occur, when the infusion rate of Dipeptiven is exceeded., shall be stopped immediately in this case.
Contraindication: Contraindicated use in patient have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency (ClCr< 25ml/min)、severe metabolic acidosis
Preparation of dosage form: Should be diluted for infusion (1: 5), 3.5% of the active ingredient shoud be the maximum concentration during therapy
Storage & Stability: 15-25℃,to be used immediately after the bottle is opened.
Pregnancy Category: Dipeptiven should not be administered during pregnancy.
