简介：

乙胺丁醇片又名肺之敌，本品为合成抑菌抗结核药。其作用机理尚未完全阐明。本品可渗入分枝杆菌体内干扰RNA的合成，从而抑制细菌的繁殖，本品只对生长繁殖期的分枝杆菌有效。迄今未发现本品与其他抗结核药物有交叉耐药性。适用于与其他抗结核药联合治疗结核杆菌所致的肺结核。亦可用于结核性脑膜炎及非典型分枝杆菌感染的治疗。

Anti-tuberculosis, in combination with other antituberculosis medications: 15-25 mg/kg QD; or 50 mg /kg, up to 2.5 g, 2 times/wk; or 25-30 mg/kg, up to 2.5 g, 3 times/wk
Max. 2.5 g/d

Contraindication

hypersensitivity to ethambutol products;patients with known optic neuritis, unless clinical judgment determines that it may be used;
patients unable to appreciate and report visual side effects or changes in vision.

Precaution

Adverse reaction

L: Acute gouty arthritis; confusion; disorientation; GI disturbances; headache R: Hypersensitivity; peripheral neuritis; retrobulbar optic neuritis
