适应症
主要用于控制耐万古霉素肠球菌所致的系统感染,包括败血症、肺炎等。
用法用量
通常,成人和12岁及以上的儿童超过每次30分钟分成两次,每天为1200毫克,一次600毫克每12小时,静脉内输注2小时。
通常,12个,每8小时一次为10mg/kg,以静脉滴注一段分别为30分钟至2小时岁以下的儿童。此外,不超过600毫克作为单剂量。
药理作用
本品特点为对肠球菌和葡萄球菌起抑菌作用,对链球菌的多数菌株起杀菌作用。也可用于耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MR-SA)经用万古霉素(去甲万古霉素)无效的病例。本品的应用需严格掌握适应证,避免不适当的广泛应用,促使细菌耐药性的发展(耐万古霉素肠球菌对其他抗生素均耐药,本品是目前惟一有效的治疗药物)。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is an oxazolidinone antibacterial agent which inhibits an initial stage of bacterial protein synthesis to exert its antibacterial effect.
It is usually used to treat various infections caused by vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have bone marrow depression such as anemia.
If you have renal dysfunction.
If your body weight is less than 40 kg.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<        to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults and children 12 years of age and older, this medicine is administered by intravenous infusion over the period of 30 minutes to 2 hours, every 12 hours, twice a day. In general, for children under 12 years of age, this medicine is administered by intravenous infusion over the period of 30 minutes to 2 hours, every 8 hours, twice a day.
•The treatment period with this medicine is determined based on your symptoms.
•You should rest in bed from the start to end of drip infusion.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•Keep all appointments/laboratory test schedules if periodic blood test is needed.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nose bleeding, diarrhea, nausea, headache, loss of taste and vomiting. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•symptom of anemia (e.g., dizziness on standing up, headache), fever, bleeding tendency (e.g., subcutaneous bleeding, nose bleeding) [bone marrow depression such as reversible anemia/leucopenia/pancytopenia/thrombocytopenia]
•hyperpnea, decreased consciousness, palpitation [metabolic acidosis]
•reduced visual acuity, defective color vision, foggy vision/scotoma [optic neuropathy]
•respiratory distress, hot flushes, hives [shock, anaphylaxis]
•fever, cough/sputum, respiratory distress [interstitial pneumonia]
