【用　　途】头孢菌类广谱抗生素。用于治疗由革兰阴性需氧菌中的流感嗜血杆菌(包括耐氨苄青霉素的菌株)、副流感嗜血杆菌、粘膜炎布兰汉球菌、大肠杆菌、克雷伯杆菌属、奇异变形杆菌、无恒变形杆菌、雷极普罗威登斯菌及淋病奈瑟球菌(包括产生和不产生青霉酶的菌株)、革兰阳性需氧菌中的金黄色葡萄球菌(包括产生青霉酶的菌株，但不包括耐甲氧西林的菌株)、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌(包括其它。溶血性链球菌)、卢族链球菌(无乳链球菌)及丙酸菌属、革兰阳性及阴性厌氧球菌中的消化球菌属和消化链球菌属、革兰阳性杆菌中的梭状芽胞杆菌属及革兰阴性杆菌中的拟杆菌属与梭杆菌属所引起的呼吸道感染、泌尿生殖道感染、淋病、以及皮肤软组织感染。
【用法用量】
每天早、晚饭后口服，连续5～7日，一般为7日。成人大多数感染用量为250mg，每日2次；肺炎或支气管炎为500mg，每日2次：尿道感染为125mg，每日2次；肾盂肾炎为250mg，每日2次；单纯性淋病用药为单剂量给药。大多数小儿感染症用125mg，每日2次。

Usage and dosage

If you forget to drink, take one dose immediately when you notice it. However, if the next time you drink is near, do not drink it, and then drink it from the time indicated. Never drink two doses at a time.
