Effects of this medicine

Before using this medicine, tell your doctor/pharmacist

• If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
  If you have an eye with aphakia or intraocular lens.
  If you are a patient with intraocular inflammation (iritis or uveitis).
  If you have possible herpesvirus, bronchial asthma or history of bronchial asthma.
  If you wear contact lenses.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• If you are using any other prescription or nonprescription (OTC) medicine. (It is important to reduce the risk of drug interactions.)

Dosage regimen (proper use of this medicine)

• Your dosage regimen is:(order of your doctor)

• General dosage regimen: Apply 1 drop at a time, once daily. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
  Do not apply more than once daily since the effect of the medicine to lower intraocular pressure may be diminished if you apply the medicine frequently.

• Make sure that the tip of eyedropper does not touch the eye when applying the medicine.
• For apply drop by drop: Before using the medicine, warm the bottle up by hand for a while, keeping the cap closed.
• If the medicine attached around the eye after applying, wipe it off immediately with wet gauze or tissue. If any leaked and attached medicine remains on the face, it may cause darkening and hypertrichosis around the eye, or lengthening and thickening of eyelashes.
• If you need to use other eyedrops, wait more than 5 minutes before applying the other eyedrop.
• Contact lenses may be discolored due to the medicine. Therefore, you are wearing contact lenses, remove the contact lenses before applying the medicine, and wait for at least 15 minutes to wear the contact lenses.

• Missed dose: If you remember that you missed a dose before the end of the day, immediately apply 1 drop once. If you noticed it on the next day, do not apply the previous day’s dose, but apply 1 drop once a day. DO NOT apply 2 drops at a time or twice daily to make up for the missed dose.

• Overdose: If you used too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.

• Others: Do not stop using the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Precautions while using this medicine

• Applying the medicine may cause iris pigmentation, followed by gradual increase of the symptom. The symptom may stop after withdrawal of the medicine, but there may be difference in color tone compared to the other eye without eyedrop treatment. If you become aware of it, check with your doctor.
• Blurred vision may occurs temporarily after applying the medicine. Avoid driving a car or operating dangerous machinery until recovering from the symptom.

Side effects of this medicine

• eye (iris) color turns dark [iris pigmentation]

Storage and other information

• 2.5 mL of the solution is dispensed in a 5-mL container originally.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight after opening.
• Do not use any medicine that has been stored for more than 4 weeks after opening.
• Store at 2-8℃ before opening.
• Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
