Effects of this medicine
This medicine eliminates harmful free radicals to protect brain which increase in cerebral region with poor blood flow.
It is usually used to improve neurological symptoms, disorder of activity of daily living and functional disorder accompanied with acute ischemic stroke.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have renal dysfunction.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

In general, inject by intravenous infusion twice a day.

Precautions while taking this medicine

When this medicine is administered, the examination of liver/renal function and blood tests may be taken frequently (frequency of these examinations varies according to your symptoms).

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, redness, swelling, wheal, itch, erythema (erythema multiforme exudativum, etc.), rash/redness/swelling of injection site, nausea, fever, heat sensation and hypertension. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes [fulminant hepatitis, liver dysfunction, jaund]

nasal/gum bleeding, high fever [thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia]

palpitation/shortness of breath, dizziness, tinnitus [disseminated intravascular coagulation]

fever, cough, respiratory distress [acute lung disorder]
