Effects of this medicine
This medicine acts on myocardial cells and suppresses excessive contraction of heart muscle.
It is usually used for extrasystole (ventricular) and paroxysmal tachycardia (ventricular) or in the prevention of these conditions, and in the prevention of ventricular arrhythmia associated with acute myocardial infarction or surgery.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have impulse conduction disorder (such as complete atrioventricular block).

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Precautions while taking this medicine

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include delirium, dizziness, sleepiness, anxiety, euphoria, numbness, and vomiting. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

bradycardia, decreased blood pressure, facial pallor [suppressed impulse conduction system, shock]

decreased consciousness, shievering limbs, convulsive muscle contraction [consciousness disorder, tremor, convulsion]

tachycardia/arrhythmia/blood pressure fluctuation, rapid increase in body temperature, stiffness of muscle [malignant hyperthermia]
