Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a combination of the two active ingredients and inhibits platelet aggregation based on platelet activation, suppresses clot formation and prevents blockage of blood vessels.
It is usually used for acute coronary syndrome, stable angina pectoris and old myocardial infarction for which percutaneous coronary intervention is indicated.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (asthma, itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.

If you have bleeding, pain or tenderness in the solar plexus, heartburn, belching, nausea, vomiting, hematemesis and melena.

If you are going to undergo dental extraction or surgery.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

In general, for adults, take 75 mg as clopidogrel and 100 mg as aspirin once a day from the date of first administration. Strictly follow the instructions.

If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. You should never take two doses at one time. in general, for adults, take this medicine once a day. Strictly follow the instructions. Avoid taking this medicine on an empty stomach. Take this medicine as it is without breaking, chewing and crunching.

If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Precautions while taking this medicine

Possible adverse effects of this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include bleeding tendency including subcutaneous bleeding, nausea/vomiting and loss of appetite. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

sudden severe headache, nausea/vomiting, one-sided face or limbs paralysis[intracranial bleeding, subdural hematoma]

melena (black stool, bloody stool), hematemesis, vision disorder, joint pain[hematemesis, melena, gastrointestinal bleeding, ocular fundus bleeding, joint hematoma, lung bleeding]

severe fatigue/malaise, loss of appetite, yellow discoloration of the white of the eyes/the skin[liver dysfunction, jaundice]

malaise, loss of appetite, purpura, disturbed consciousness[thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura]

sore throat, headache/feeling of dull headache, ear ringing[thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, pancytopenia]
