Effects of this medicine

This medicine relaxes vascular smooth muscle and blocks sympathetic α-receptor to increase cerebral blood flow. It also enhances mitochondrial respiratory function to improve cerebral metabolism and inhibits platlet aggregation.
It is usually used to improve symptoms of dizziness caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage sequela.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

  • If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
    If you have just had a cerebral hemorrhage stroke or cerebral infarction stroke.
    If you have hypotension or cardiac palpitation.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

  • In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (20mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day after each meal. Strictly follow the instructions.

  • If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include thirst, nausea/vomiting, anorexia, headache, rash and palpitation. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
