Effects of this medicine
This medicine is rauwolfia alkaloids, acts on storage sites of nerve transmitter substances to ease strain, lowers blood pressure, and controls mental excitement, visual hallucination and delusion.
It is usually used in the treatment of various hypertension and schizophrenia.

If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with depression, depressive state, peptic ulcer, ulcerative colitis, or renal failure.
If you are receiving electroconvulsive treatment.
If you are a patient with convulsive disorders such as epilepsy, or have a history of these diseases.
If you have a history of bronchial asthma or allergic diseases.

General dosage regimen:
For hypertension, for adults, take 1 to 2 tablets (0.2-0.5 mg of the active ingredient) daily, in 1 to 3 divided doses. When the blood pressure goes down and becomes stable, take 0.5 to 1 tablet (0.1-0.25 mg of the active ingredient) daily, as the maintenance dose, however, the dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
For schizophrenia, for adults, initially take 1 to 8 tablets (0.2-2 mg of the active ingredient) daily, then the dosage may be adjusted according to the response of the patient to the medicine. Also, the dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.

Take a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed a dose. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
