Cepharanthin（Cepharanthine/Isotetrandrine/Cycleanine/Berbamine）属草本藤本植物的生物碱。可使外周血白细胞增多，用于因肿瘤化疗、放疗引起的粒细胞缺乏症和其他原因引起的白细胞减少症。同时；对斑秃/麸皮脱发也有效。

药效药理
1.造血干细胞增加作用（小鼠）
研究发现，这种药物作用于造血干细胞并促进造血功能的恢复，以应对辐射引起的造血功能障碍。
2. 抗过敏作用（体外）
发现该药物由于抗原-抗体反应而抑制肥大细胞释放组胺。
3. 皮质类固醇产生促进作用（大鼠）
发现这种药物通过垂体增加血液中的促肾上腺皮质激素，从而增加肾上腺和血液中皮质酮的产生。
4. 末梢循环改善效果（兔）
发现该药物在不损害外周循环特有的周期性血管舒缩作用的情况下促进外周血管扩张和血流，并改善外周循环障碍。

用法与用量
1. 辐射诱发的白细胞减少症
从半月草科提取的生物碱的成人常用剂量为每日3至6毫克，饭后分2至3次口服给药。可以根据患者的年龄和症状调整剂量。
2.斑秃/麸皮脱发
从半月草科提取的生物碱的成人常用剂量为每天1.5至2毫克，饭后分2至3 次口服给药。可以根据患者的年龄和症状调整剂量。
临床结果
1.辐射对白细胞减少的影响
264例放射性白细胞减少症患者的有效率“有效”或更高为64.8%（171/264），“轻微有效”或更高为83.3%（220/264）。
2.对斑秃和斑秃的影响
621例斑秃和斑秃患者的有效率“有效”或更高为53.3%（331/621），“略有效”或更高为64.4%（400/621）。

Cepharanthine powder 1%/Cepharanthine tablets 1mg
Tamasaki Tsuzurafuji, a plant of the family Menispermaceae that contains alkaloids extracted from Tamasaki Tsuzurafuji, the active ingredient of cepharanthin, grows naturally in the mountains at an altitude of 700 m in Taiwan and has long been prized by the indigenous people as a folk medicine for snakebites.
Approved as a drug for the treatment and prevention of tuberculosis in 1942, and as a result of re-eva luation, the indications are leukocyte hypoplasia (oral administration/injection) due to radiation, alopecia areata/catarrh alopecia (oral administration/injection).Exudative middle ear catarrh (injection), bald bite(injection).
