CYTALUX的推荐静脉注射剂量为：
成年卵巢癌症患者：手术前1小时至9小时，在60分钟内0.025mg/kg

警告和注意事项
输液相关反应：中断输液，必要时使用抗组胺药和/或恶心药物进行治疗。
误解的风险：手术领域的非荧光组织并不排除肿瘤的存在。在非癌组织中可以看到荧光。
胚胎-胎儿毒性：细胞色素可能对胎儿造成伤害。告知有生育潜力的女性对胎儿的潜在风险。
pafolacianine聚集和输液反应的风险：仅使用5%葡萄糖注射液进行稀释。不要使用其他稀释剂。
不良反应
最常见的不良反应（发生率≥1%；卵巢和肺部合并）包括恶心、呕吐、腹痛、潮红、其他输液相关反应、超敏反应、血压升高、消化不良和胸部不适。

供应方式
CYTALUX（pafolacianine）注射液，3.2 mg/mL（2mg/mL），是一种深蓝绿色透明水溶液，包装在密封的琥珀色玻璃单剂量小瓶中。它装在一个纸箱里，里面有10个小瓶（NDC 81052-138-10），单独包装。
储存和搬运
冷冻储存在-25°至-15°C（-13°至5°F）之间。储存在原装纸箱中，以避光。

FDA Approves Cytalux(pafolacianine)Injection for Identification of Ovarian Cancer During Surgery
The targeted fluorescent imaging agent Cytalux(pafolacianine)injection has been approved by the US FDA for use in adult ovarian cancer patients as an auxiliary means of intraoperative identification of malignant lesions. Cytalux is a fluorescent imaging agent that binds to folic acid receptors, which are overexpressed in most epithelial ovarian cancers. Cytalux is administered through a standard intravenous infusion within 1hour before surgery,and can illuminate tumors under infrared light irradiation.In Phase III clinical trials, Cytalux detected previously undetected tumors in 27% of patients.

Contains:

pafolacianine sodium)
14.4mg sodium chloride, USP
0.23mg potassium phosphate monobasic
1.27mg potassium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate Thaw at room temperature, 20° to 25°C(68°to 77°F),for at least 90 minutes in the carton prior to preparation.
Must dilute with 5% dextrose injection, USP only before use. Store diluted solution in dark in refrigerator and use within 24 hrs. of preparation.
