药品介绍 Kyntheum（brodalumab）是一款靶向IL17A受体的首个及唯一一个单抗药物 近日，由阿斯利康（AstraZeneca）与合作伙伴利奥制药（Leo Pharma）的单抗类抗炎药Kyntheum（brodalumab）已获欧盟委员会（EC）批准上市，作为一种新的生物制剂，用于适合系统治疗（全身治疗）的中度至重度斑块型银屑病成人患者。
定性和定量组成
每个预填充的注射器在1.5ml溶液中含有210mg布罗达单抗。
1毫升溶液含有140毫克布罗达单抗。
适应症
Kyntheum适用于治疗成人患者的中度至重度斑块状银屑病，这些患者是全身治疗的候选者。
管理方法
Kyntheum旨在在经历牛皮癣诊断和治疗经验的医生的指导和监督下使用。
剂量学
推荐剂量为210mg，在第0,1和2周皮下注射，然后每2周210mg。
应考虑在治疗12-16周后未显示反应的患者停止治疗。一些患有初始部分反应的患者随后可以通过持续治疗超过16周而改善。
特殊人群
老人（65岁及以上）
老年患者不建议调整剂量。
肾和肝受损
尚未在这些患者群体中研究过Kyntheum。无法提出剂量建议。
小儿人口
Kyntheum在18岁以下儿童和青少年中的安全性和有效性尚未确定。没有数据可用。
给药方法
Kyntheum通过皮下注射给药。每个预填充注射器仅供一次性使用。不应将Kyntheum注射到皮肤柔软，有瘀伤，红色，硬，粗，鳞片或受牛皮癣影响的区域。不得摇动预装注射器。
在皮下注射技术的适当训练之后，当医生认为合适时，患者可以自我注射Kyntheum。应指导患者按照包装说明书中提供的说明注射全部量的Kyntheum。
储存的特殊预防措施
存放在冰箱中（2°C-8°C）。
不要冻结。
将预先填充的注射器保持在外部纸箱中，以防止光线照射。
Kyntheum可以在室外温度（最高25°C）下储存一次，在外纸箱中，最长单个时间为14天。一旦Kyntheum从冰箱中取出并达到室温（最高25°C），它必须在14天内使用或丢弃。
容器的性质和内容
在I型玻璃预填充注射器中使用不锈钢27Gx½“针头，用弹性针头盖覆盖1.5ml溶液。
