临床药理学
乳酸是一种α-羟基酸。它是组织和血液的正常成分。α-羟基酸（及其盐类）可作为保湿剂应用于皮肤。这种性质可能影响角质层的水化作用。此外，当乳酸涂在皮肤上时，可能起到降低角膜细胞内聚力的作用。实现这一目标的机制尚不清楚。
用人体尸体皮肤对紫胶水合液进行透皮吸收的体外研究表明，68小时后约5.8%的物质被吸收。
适应症和使用
Lac Hydrin乳膏用于治疗干燥、鳞状皮肤（干燥）和寻常性鱼鳞病，暂时缓解与这些疾病相关的瘙痒。
禁忌症
LAC水合液是禁忌的患者有过敏史的任何标签成分。
警告
使用Lac Hydrin（乳酸铵）洗剂治疗的皮肤暴露于12%的区域应尽量减少或避免（见预防措施）。如果观察到过敏反应，应停止使用紫胶水合洗剂。
