物理化学性状
维生素A油是黄色至黄褐色的澄清或轻微混浊的油液，无气味或有轻微特异气味。
本品经空气或光分解。
药效药理
1.提高视网膜的暗适应
维生素A与视网膜的光接受细胞杆体和锥体中的感光色素有关，提高暗适应。
2.改善粘膜的异常干燥、角化
维生素A改善粘膜异常干燥和变性、角化、损伤、眼球干燥症及角膜软化症，增加对疾病的抵抗力。
适应症
维生素A缺乏症的治疗
（夜盲症、结膜干燥症、角膜干燥症、角膜软化症）
在下述疾病中，推定与维生素A的缺乏或代谢障碍有关的情况
角化性皮肤疾病。
用法与用量
为了治疗的目的，作为维生素A，通常成人每天口服10000～100000维生素A单位。另外，根据年龄、症状适当增减。
另外，维生素A通常为成人每天3000～100000维生素A单位。

If vitamin A is deficient, it is difficult to see things in the dark, symptoms such as mucosa and skin dryness and keratinization occur. Vitamin A binds to opsin (the red pigment of the retina) and has the effect of forming the sensitizing dye (rhodopsin) necessary for seeing things in the dark. Supplementation of vitamin A has the effect of improving night blindness. It promotes the mucous secretion of the mucosa and improves the drying of eyes etc.

  It is usually used for the treatment of keratinizing skin diseases such as night blindness caused by vitamin A deficiency, conjunctival dryness, corneal desiccation, keratomalacia and vitamin A deficiency.

1 tablet contains 10 mg of vitamin A oil [10,000 vitamin A units as vitamin A].

Component description

Additives: powdered gum arabic, pregelatinized starch, cocoa powder, wheat flour, ferric oxide, dibutylhydroxytoluene, purified sucrose, red No. 3, gelatin, talc, precipitated calcium carbonate, corn starch, lactose hydrate, potato starch, Vita chocolate, butylhydroxyanisole, medicated charcoal

Efficacy

Treatment of vitamin A deficiency (night blindness, conjunctival dryness, keratopia, corneal softening)

 Among the following diseases, if it is presumed that vitamin A deficiency or metabolic disorder is involved: keratosis skin disease

Dosage regimen

For adults, oral doses of 10,000 to 100,000 vitamin A units per day are administered. In addition, it increases and decreases according to age and symptoms as appropriate.

For adults as a vitamin A, it is usually 3,000 to 100,000 vitamin A units per day.

Usage notes

Major side effects include rash, Oizumi gate bulge (bulging of head), headache, anorexia, vomiting, hepatomegaly, hair loss, itching, weight gain arrest, limb pain, bone pain, arthralgia, etc. Since it has been reported, please consult your doctor or pharmacist in case such symptoms appear.
