Hypersensitivity to rapamycin derivatives. Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class C), lactation. |

注意事項 |
Monitor for noninfectious pneumonitis especially in patients with nonspecific respiratory signs & symptoms. Treat preexisting invasive fungal infections prior to therapy. Avoid use of alcohol- or peroxide-containing mouthwashes. Severe hepatic impairment. Avoid use of live vaccines & close contact with those who have received live vaccines. Pregnancy. Children. |

不良反應 |
Infections, anorexia, dysgeusia, cough, non-infectious pneumonitis, epistaxis, dyspnoea, stomatitis, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, rash, dry skin, pruritus, fatigue, asthenia, mucosal inflammation, peripheral oedema, headache, dry mouth, pyrexia, decreased weight.

交互作用 |
Increase blood concentrations, CYP3A4 Inhibitors and PgP Inhibitors (ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, atazanavir, nefazodone, saquinavir, telithromycin, ritonavir, amprenavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, delavirdine, fosamprenavir, voriconazole, aprepitant, erythromycin, fluconazole, verapamil , diltazem or grapefruit juice). Decrease blood concentrations, strong inducer of CYP3A4 (dexamethasone, phenytoin, carbamazepine, rifampin, rifabutin, phenobarbital). Live vaccines.
