Conditions associated with cerebrovascular insufficiency; peripheral occlusive arterial disease & circulatory disorders of arteriosclerotic, diabetic, inflammatory or functional origin; trophic disorders; lower leg ulcers & gangrene. Circulatory disorders in the eye associated with degenerative vascular processes. |

用量 |
Tab 1 tab bid-tid. Sustained-release tab 1 tab tid for loading dose, then bid for maintenance therapy. Amp 1 amp by IV infusion in the morning & afternoon. Each 2-3 amp in 250-500 mL infusion fluid with infusion rate over 120-180 mins. An additional oral administration of 2 x 1 Trental 400 mg may be indicated after the afternoon infusion. |

Severe cerebral hemorrhage; recent MI; massive retinal hemorrhage. |

注意事項 |
Severe coronary & cerebral sclerosis with hypertension; hypotension, circulatory instability; impaired renal function. Do not inject into carotid artery in advanced arteriosclerosis. Pregnancy. |
