Prevention of cancer chemotherapy-induced nausea & vomiting. |

用量 |
Adult 5 mg/day IV on day 1 followed by 5 mg/day on days 2-6. Children > 2 years 0.2 mg/kg up to a max daily dose of 5 mg IV on day 1 & orally on days 2-6. |

Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take in the morning immediately upon rising 1 hr before breakfast.). |

Pregnancy, lactation. |

Uncontrolled hypertension. |

Headache, constipation, GI disorders (abdominal pain & diarrhea).
