成份 Calcitriol
適應症 Management of hypocalcemia in patients undergoing chronic renal dialysis.
用量 Initially 1 mcg (0.02 mcg/kg) to 2 mcg 3 times weekly, approximately every other day. Dose may be increased by 0.5-1 mcg at 2- to 4-week intervals.
過量 View Calcijex[鈣賜吉] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.

Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus.

不良反應 Weakness, headache, somnolence; nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, constipation; muscle pain, bone pain & metallic taste.

交互作用 Mg-containing antacid (may develop hypermagnesemia). Concurrent use of vit D analogs & cardiac glycosides may result in cardiac arrhythmias. Barbiturates, anticonvulsants, corticosteroids.
