適應症	Prophylaxis of cytomegalovirus infections in immunodeficiency & immunocompromised patients (immunosuppression), especially transplant recipients. Therapy of an already present cytomegalovirus syndrome in immunocompromised patients, eg premature infants, neonates, immunosuppression by medication or immunodeficiency caused by other reasons, such as AIDS.
用量	Prophylaxis At least 1 mL/kg body weight as a single dose. *Organ transplant recipient under immunosuppression* 1st dose should be given on the day of transplantation. At least 6 single doses should be administered at 2-3 weeks intervals. *Bone marrow transplant recipient* 1st dose should be given on the day prior to transplantation. At least 6 single doses should be administered at 2-3 weeks intervals. *Other immunocompromised patients* A single dose every 3 weeks, the number depending on the state of the immune system & duration of chemotherapy. Treatment 2 mL/kg body weight given as a single dose every 2 days until clinical symptoms subside.
