適應症 |
In combination with methotrexate for the treatment of moderate to severe active RA in adults with insufficient response or intolerance to other DMARDs including at least 1 tumour necrosis factor inhibitor. Reduction in the progression of joint damage & improvement of physical function in combination with methotrexate. |

用量 |
RA Adult >100 kg 1000 mg; 60-100 kg 750 mg; <60 kg 500 mg. Doses to be administered as a 30-min IV infusion. Should be given at 2 & 4 week after the 1st infusion & every 4 week thereafter. |

注意事項 |
History of recurrent infections, underlying conditions which may predispose to infections; chronic, latent or localized infections. Perform screening for latent TB infection (with a tuberculin skin test) & viral hepatitis. Concomitant use with live vaccines. May increase the risk for autoimmune processes eg deterioration of multiple sclerosis. COPD. Patients requiring blood glucose monitoring. Pregnancy & lactation; children; elderly. |

Headache, upper respiratory tract infection, nasopharyngitis & nausea; bronchitis, herpes zoster; pneumonia, localized infection; sinusitis, UTI, influenza; cellulitis, diverticulitis, acute pyelonephritis; dizziness, HTN; COPD exacerbation, cough, rhonchi, dyspnea; back pain, dyspepsia, rash, pain in extremity.
