適應症 |
Treatment of invasive aspergillosis in patients who are refractory to or intolerant of other therapies. Treatment of esophageal candidiasis. Treatment of invasive candidiasis, including candidemia, in neutropenic & non-neutropenic patients. Empirical therapy for presumed fungal infections in febrile, neutropenic patients. |

用量 |
By slow IV over approximately 1 hr. Adult Invasive candidiasis/invasive aspergillosis Single 70 mg loading dose on day 1, followed by 50 mg daily thereafter. Esophageal candidiasis 50 mg daily. Children 3 months-17 years Dosing based on Mosteller Formula. 70 mg/m2 as single loading dose on day 1, followed by 50 mg/m2 daily thereafter. Max: 70 mg daily. |

Avoid concomitant administration with cyclosporine. Pregnancy & lactation. |

Fever, headache, abdominal pain, pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, elevated liver enzyme levels, anemia, palpitations, phlebitis/thrombophlebitis, infused-vein complication, respiratory difficulty, rash, pruritis, sweating.
