Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. |

禁忌 |
Medicinal products that are highly dependent on CYP3A4 eg astemizole, terfenadine, the ergot alkaloids (eg ergotamine, dihydroergotamine, ergonovine & methylergonovine), cisapride, pimozide, midazolam, triazolam. Lactation. |
|
注意事項 |
Discontinue treatment if severe rash develops. Patients with a known sulfonamide allergy. Patients may develop new onset DM or hyperglycemia. Initiation or dose adjustments of insulin or oral hypoglycemic agents may be required. Monitor liver function before & during therapy, especially in patients with underlying chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, or in patients who have pre-treatment elevations of transaminases. Patients with hemophilia may develop increased bleeding events. Patients may develop redistribution/accumulation of body fat or immune reconstitution syndrome. |

Carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, astemizole, terfenadine, rifampicin, ergot alkaloids, cisapride, St. John's wort, lovastatin, simvastatin, pimozide, midazolam, triazolam. Efavirenz, lopinavir/ritonavir, antiarrhythmics (bepridil, lidocaine, quinidine, amiodarone), warfarin, trazodone, itraconazole, ketoconazole, voriconazole, rifabutin, felodipine, nifedipine, nicardipine, dexamethasone, fluticasone propionate, atorvastatin, pravastatin, cyclosporine, tacrolimus, sirolimus, methadone, ethinyl estradiol, norethindrone, sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil., sertraline, paroxetine.
