Urea cycle disorders involving deficiencies of carbamylphosphate synthetase, ornithine transcarbamylase or angininosuccinic acid synthetase. |

Adult & children > 20 kg 9.9-13 g/m2/day. Children < 20 kg 450-600 mg/kg/day. To be taken daily in divided doses. |
