Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. |

禁忌 |
Patients with marked anxiety, tension & agitation, glaucoma, Tourette's syndrome, & patients on MAOI therapy. |

注意事項 |
Children < 6 years. May exacerbate symptoms of behaviour disturbance & thought disorder in psychotic patients. Caution in patients with underlying conditions which might be compromised by increases in BP or heart rate. History of drug dependence or alcoholism, epilepsy. Periodic hematologic monitoring recommended during long-term treatment. |

Headache, stomach ache, loss of appetite, insomnia, aggravation reaction, asthenia, hypertension, nausea &/or vomiting, dyspepsia, weight loss, twitching (tics), dizziness, emotional lability, somnolence, anxiety, depression, nervousness, hostility, rash.
