用量 |
Cap Duodenal ulcer 20 mg once daily for 2-4 weeks. Refractory duodenal ulcer 40 mg once daily for 4 weeks. Prevention of relapse of duodenal ulcer 10 mg once daily, may increase to 20-40 mg once daily. Gastric ulcer 20 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks. Refractory gastric ulcer 40 mg once daily for 8 weeks. Prevention of relapse of gastric ulcer 20 mg once daily, may increase to 40 mg once daily. H. pylori eradication Triple therapy regimens: Losec 20 mg, amoxycillin 1 g & clarithromycin 500 mg, all bid for 1 week; or Losec 20 mg, clarithromycin 250 mg & metronidazole 400 mg (or tinidazole 500 mg), all bid for 1 week. Dual therapy regimen: Losec 40-80 mg daily with amoxycillin 1.5 g daily in divided doses for 2 weeks. Reflux oesophagitis 20 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks. Severe cases: 40 mg once daily for 8 weeks. Prevention of relapse of recurrent reflux oesophagitis 10 mg once daily, may increase to 20-40 mg once daily. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome Initially 60 mg once daily. If dose is above 80 mg daily, administer in 2 divided doses. IV/IV infusion Where oral medication is inappropriate. Duodenal & gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis 40 mg once daily. Replace with oral dose after 2-3 days. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome Dose should be adjusted individually. Higher doses &/or several doses daily may be required. IV inj rate: not > 4 mL/min for > 2.5 min. IV infusion rate: 20-30 min. |

Concurrent administration with atazanavir. |

注意事項 |
Exclude malignancy if gastric ulcer is suspected. Pregnancy, lactation. |

不良反應 |
Headache, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, flatulence. Rarely fatigue, rash, dermatitis, pruritus, urticaria, dizziness, paresthesia, somnolence, insomnia.

交互作用 |
May decrease absorption of ketoconazole & itraconazole. May prolong elimination of diazepam, warfarin & phenytoin. Plasma concentration increases with clarithromycin & erythromycin. Reduce plasma levels of atazanavir. Increase plasma levels of tacrolimus. Voriconazole.
