用量 |
Complicated skin & skin structure infections 4 mg/kg over 30 minutes by IV infusion once every 24 hours or once every 48 for patients with CrCl < 30 mL/min for 7-14 days. S. aureus bloodstream infections (bacteremia), including those with right-sided endocarditis, caused by Methicillin-susceptible & Methicillin-resistant strains 6 mg/kg over 30 minutes by IV infusion once every 24 hours or once every 48 for patients with CrCl < 30 mL/min for a minimum of 2-6 weeks. |

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |

注意事項 |
Monitor for the development of muscle pain or weakness, particularly of the distal extremities. Monitor creatine phosphokinase (CPK) levels weekly, & more frequently in patients who received recent prior or concomitant therapy with an HMG-Co A reductase inhibitor. In patients with renal insufficiency, both renal function & CPK should be monitored more frequently. Discontinued in patients with unexplained myopathy in conjunction with CPK elevation > 1000 U/L, or in patients without reported symptoms who have marked elevations in CPK >2,000 U/L. Pregnancy, lactation. |

不良反應 |
GI disturbances, inj site reactions, fever, headache, insomnia, dizziness, rash, pruritus, abnormal liver function tests, elevated CPK, fungal infections, UTI, hypotension, hypertension, renal failure, anemia, dyspnea, musculoskeletal disorders. Also include edema, cellulitis, hypoglycemia, elevated alkaline phosphatase, cough, back pain, abdominal pain, hypokalemia, hyperglycemia, decreased appetite, anxiety, chest pain, sore throat, cardiac failure, confusion & Candida infections.
