注意事項 |
Interstitial lung disease (discontinue). Hepatic impairment. Periodic liver function testing recommended. Appropriate measures should be taken to treat the dehydration. Patients receiving concomitant anti-angiogenic agents, corticosteroids, NSAIDs, &/or taxane based chemotherapy, or who have prior history of peptic ulceration or diverticular disease are at increased risk of GI perforation. Discontinue therapy if the patient develops severe bullous, blistering or exfoliating conditions; acute/worsening ocular disorders such as eye pain. Lactation. Severe or persistent diarrhea, myocardial infarction/ischemia, CVA, microangiopathic hemolytic anemia with thrombocytopenia. |

不良反應 |
Rash, diarrhea, anorexia, fatigue, dyspnea, cough, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, pruritus, dry skin, conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, abdominal pain. Rarely, elevated liver enzymes, GI bleeding (in association with concomitant administration of warfarin or NSAIDs).

交互作用 |
Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. ketoconazole, atazanavir, clarithromycin, indinavir, itraconazole, nefazodone, nelfinavir, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, troleandomycin, voriconazole) or inducers (e.g. rifampicin, rifabutin, rifapentine, phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarb, St John's Wort).
