用量 |
3 mg/kg once daily infused IV over at least 30 mins for 4 days. Max: 250 mg daily. |

Before treatment is started, an attack of hepatic porphyria must be confirmed by a series of clinical & biological criteria. Pregnancy & lactation. |

不良反應 |
Infusion site phlebitis, Infusion site pain, infusion site swelling. Rarely, fever, allergic reactions.
