適應症 |
Add-on therapy in adult & adolescent (≥6 years) with severe persistent allergic asthma who have a +ve skin test or in vitro reactivity to a perennial aeroallergen, reduced lung function (FEV1 <80%), frequent daytime symptoms or nighttime awakenings & multiple documented severe asthma exacerbations despite daily high-dose inhaled corticosteroids & a long-acting inhaled β2-agonist. |

Adult & adolescent ≥6 years 150-375 mg in 1-3 SC inj. Inj every 2-4 weeks. |

View Xolair[樂無喘] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose. |

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |

注意事項 |
Do not inj IV or IM. Not for treatment of acute asthma exacerbations, acute bronchospasm or status asthmaticus. Autoimmune diseases, immune complex-mediated conditions, preexisting renal or hepatic impairment, parasitic (helminth) infections. Systemic or inhaled corticosteroids should not be abruptly discontinued upon initiation of therapy. DM, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, fructose intolerance or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency due to sucrose content. Children <12 years. Pregnancy, lactation. |
