成份	Per 1 L 6%/10% soln Hydroxyethyl Starch (Molar substitution: 0.42; Ave molecular wt: 130,000 Dalton) 60 g or 100 g. Electrolyte conc: Na 140 mmol, K 4 mmol, Ca 2.5 mmol, Mg 1 mmol, Cl 118 mmol, acetate 24 mmol, malate 5 mmol.
適應症	Treatment & prophylaxis of hypovolaemia & shock
用量	Initially 10-20 mL slow infusion. Max daily dose: 50 mL Tetraspan 6%/kg or 30 mL Tetraspan 10%/kg. Acute shock 20 mL/kg/hr. Life-threatening situation 500 mL rapid manual pressure infusion.
過量	View Tetraspan[特慕血舒] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
禁忌	Hyperhydration states including pulmonary edema, renal failure with oliguria or anuria, intracranial hemorrhage, hyperkalemia, severe hypernatraemia or hyperchloremia, severe hepatic impairment, CHF.
注意事項	Monitor serum electrolyte, fluid balance & renal function. Heart failure, hepatic or renal failure, blood coagulation disorder. Childn. Pregnancy & lactation.
