適應症	Short-term treatment (not > 4 days) of post-op pain.
用量	40 mg IV/IM, followed every 6-12 hrs by 20 mg or 40 mg as required. Max: 80 mg/day.
禁忌	History of previous serious allergic drug reaction of any type, especially cutaneous reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, erythema multiforme or patients with known hypersensitivity to sulphonamides. Active peptic ulceration or GI bleeding. Patients who have experienced bronchospasm, acute rhinitis, nasal polyps, angioneurotic edema, urticaria or other allergic-type reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or NSAIDs including COX-2 (cyclooxygenase-2) inhibitors. 3rd trimester of pregnancy & lactation. Severe hepatic dysfunction (serum albumin < 25 g/L or Child-Pugh score >10). Inflammatory bowel disease. CHF (NYHA II-IV). Treatment of post-op pain following coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Established ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease &/or cerebrovascular disease.
注意事項	Patients with significant risk factors for CV events (eg. hypertension, hyperlipidemia, DM, smoking). Renal impairment or hypertension, or in patients with compromised cardiac or hepatic function or other conditions predisposing to fluid retention. Patients with dehydration. Moderate hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh score 7-9). Monitor the incision for signs of infection in surgical patients. Anticoagulant therapy should be monitored, particularly during the first few days after initiating therapy in patients receiving warfarin or other anticoagulants.

交互作用	Warfarin or other anticoagulants, low-dose acetylsalicylic acid, diuretics & antihypertensives, cyclosporin, tacrolimus, fluconazole, rifampicin, phenytoin, carbamazepine or dexamethasone.
