Severe or progressive renal or hepatic dysfunction; elevated plasma K levels; anuria; lithium therapy. |

Other forms of K supplementation; electrolyte imbalance; elderly; diabetes; gout; pregnancy, lactation. |

不良反應 |
Muscle cramps, weakness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, anaphylaxis, rash, urticaria, photosensitivity, purpura, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, arrhythmia, postural hypotension.

交互作用 |
Reduced lithium clearance. Increased risk of hyperkalemia with ACE inhibitors. Triamterene, NSAIDs. Increased risk of hyponatraemia with chlorpropamide.
