成份	24 active tab each containing drospirenone 3 mg, ethinyl estradiol 0.02 mg, plus 4 inert tab
適應症	As OC. Treatment of moderate acne vulgaris in women at least 14 years of age, who have no known contraindications to OC therapy, & have achieved menarche.
用量	1 light pink tab daily for 24 consecutive days followed by 4 white inert tab starting on Day 1 of menstrual cycle (Day 1 start) or on the 1st Sunday after the onset of her menstrual period (Sunday start).
過量	View Yaz[悅姿] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
用法	May be taken with or without food
禁忌	Renal insufficiency, hepatic dysfunction, adrenal Insufficiency, thrombophlebitis or thromboembolic disorders, past history of deep-vein thrombophlebitis or thromboembolic disorders, cerebrovascular or coronary-artery disease (current or history), valvular heart disease with thrombogenic complications, severe hypertension, diabetes with vascular involvement, headaches with focal neurological symptoms, major surgery with prolonged immobilization, known or suspected carcinoma of the breast, carcinoma of the endometrium or other known or suspected estrogen-dependent neoplasia, undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding, cholestatic jaundice of pregnancy or jaundice with prior pill use, known or suspected pregnancy, liver tumor (benign or malignant) or active liver disease, heavy smoking (≥ 15 cigarettes/day) & over age 35.

注意事項	Women receiving daily, long-term treatment for chronic conditions or diseases with medications that may increase serum potassium should have their serum potassium level checked during the 1st treatment cycle. Increased risk of MI in smokers or women with other underlying risk factors for coronary-artery disease such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, morbid obesity & diabetes. Therapy should be discontinued if there is unexplained partial or complete loss of vision; onset of proptosis or diplopia; papilledema; or retinal vascular lesions. Appropriate diagnostic & therapeutic measures should be undertaken immediately. Nonhormonal causes should be considered & adequate diagnostic measures taken to rule out malignancy or pregnancy in the event of breakthrough bleeding, as in the case of any abnormal vaginal bleeding. Careful monitoring in patients with conditions which might be aggravated by fluid retention. History of depression. Contact-lens wearers who develop visual changes or changes in lens tolerance. Lactation.

交互作用	Medications that may increase serum K include ACE inhibitors,angiotensin II antagonists, K-sparing diuretics, K supplementation, heparin, aldosterone antagonists & NSAIDS. Rifampin, minocycline, anticonvulsants (phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine), atorvastatin, St. John's Wort, ascorbic acid & acetaminophen. Cyclosporine, prednisolone & theophylline.
