適應症 |
As monotherapy for patients with metastatic breast cancer, where there is an increased cardiac risk. Treatment of advanced ovarian cancer in women who have failed a 1st-line platinum-based chemotherapy regimen. AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma in patients with low CD4 counts & extensive mucocutaneous or visceral disease. |

用量 |
Breast/ovarian cancer 50 mg/m2 via IV infusion once every 4 weeks. AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma 20 mg/m2 via IV infusion every 2-3 weeks. |

Pregnancy & lactation. AIDS-KS that may be effectively treated with local therapy or systemic α-interferon. |

注意事項 |
History of CV disease, impaired cardiac function, patients who have received other anthracyclines, myelosuppression. |

不良反應 |
Leukopenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, nausea, asthenia, alopecia, fever, diarrhea, infusion-associated acute reactions, stomatitis, flushing, shortness of breath, facial edema, headache, chills, back pain, tightness in the chest & throat &/or throat &/or hypotension.
