In combination with ciclosporin & corticosteroids for the prophylaxis of acute transplant rejection in patients receiving allogenic renal transplants. |

720 mg bid. Treatment must be initiated within 24 hr following transplantation. |

Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take on an empty stomach. In stable renal transplant patients, may be administered w/ meals if necessary.). |

注意事項 |
Avoid use in patients with hereditary deficiency of hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase such as Lesch-Nyhan & Kelley-Segmiller syndrome. Do not initiate treatment until a negative pregnancy test has been obtained. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight & UV light. Avoid use of live attenuated virus vaccines. Active severe GI disease. Patients should be advised to report immediately any evidence of infection, unexpected bruising, bleeding or any other manifestation of bone marrow depression. |

不良反應 |
Leucopenia, diarrhoea; increased incidence of lymphomas & other malignancies, particularly of the skin; opportunistic infections like CMV, candidiasis & herpes simplex; GI disturbances; GI ulceration, haemorrhage & perforation.
