Adult & children >14 years 8-16 mg or 4-8 mL tid. Children 6-14 years 8 mg or 4 mL tid, <6 years 4 mg or 2 mL tid. During beginning of treatment, it may be necessary to increase total daily dose up to 48 mg in adults.

禁忌
Rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance eg. galactosemia.
注意事項
Pregnancy & lactation. Discontinue therapy if skin or mucosa lesions occur.
不良反應
Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting & other mild GI disturbances. Allergic reactions include skin rashes, urticaria, bronchospasm, angio-edema & anaphylaxis.
