適應症 |
Advanced renal cell carcinoma who have failed prior interferon-alpha- or interleukin-2-based therapy or are considered unsuitable for such therapy. Child-Pugh A class patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who are unable to undergo surgery & in whom local chemotherapy is unsuitable. |

用量 |
Adult 400 mg bid. |

用法 |
Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take on an empty stomach or w/ a low or moderate fat meal. If the patient intends to have a high fat meal, sorafenib should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hr before or 2 hr after meals. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.). |

注意事項 |
Dermatological toxicities. Monitor BP weekly during 1st 6 week of therapy & thereafter; severe or persistent HTN. GI perforation, hemorrhage, cardiac ischemia &/or infarction. Concomitant warfarin, irinotecan, doxorubicin therapy. |

不良反應 |
Erythema, exfoliative dermatitis, acne, flushing, increased lipase, increased amylase, mucositis, stomatitis, dyspepsia, dysphagia. Hemorrhage, asthenia, pain, decreased appetite, influenza-like illness, pyrexia. Leukopenia, lymphopenia, anemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia. Hypophosphatemia, transient increases in transaminases. Arthralgia, myalgia. Depression. Impotence. Voice hoarseness.

交互作用 |
Warfarin, irinotecan, doxorubicin, substrates of CYP2B6 & CYP2C8, UGT1A1 & UGT1A9, rifampin, St. John's wort, phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, dexamethasone.
