適應症 |
Treatment of infections caused susceptible organisms. |
|
用量 |
Adult 0.5-1 g every 6-12 hr IM/IV. A max of 12 g/day may be used in severe life-threatening infections. |

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |

禁忌 |
Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins. |

注意事項 |
Renal impairment. Pregnancy, lactation, penicillin allergy. Monitor renal & haematological function especially during prolonged or high dose therapy. |

不良反應 |
Diarrhoea, oral candidiasis, vomiting, nausea, stomach cramps, anorexia, pseudomembranous colitis, allergic reactions, neutropenia, anaemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, allergic reaction.
