禁忌 |
Co-administration with organic nitrates. Combination with protease inhibitor eg. ritonavir. |

注意事項 |
Patients with resting hypotension (BP <90/50), or with fluid depletion, severe left ventricular outflow obstruction, or autonomic dysfunction. Pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (PVOD). Recent MI, stroke, or life-threatening arrhythmia within the last 6 months; coronary artery disease causing unstable angina; hypertension (BP >170/110); retinitis pigmentosa. Concurrent bosentan therapy. Anatomical deformation of the penis (such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis or Peyronie's disease) or in patients who have conditions, which may predispose them to priapism (such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia). |

Headache, dyspepsia, flushing, diarrhea, epistaxis, insomnia, dyspnea, myalgia, erythema, pyrexia, rhinitis, gastritis, sinusitis, paresthesia.

交互作用 |
α-blockers. vitamin K antagonists. β-blockers, ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, cimeitidine, erythromycin, saquinavir, bosentan. Amlodipine.
