適應症 |
Shock, burns, hypoproteinemia with or without edema. |

用量 |
Albuminar-5 Individualised dosage. Albuminar-20 Shock Initially 100 mL IV given as rapidly as tolerated. If response within 30 mins is inadequate, an additional 100 mL may be given. Acute hypoproteinemia 250-350 mL given at <3 mL/mins. Individualised dosage. Albuminar-25 Hypoproteinemia 200-300 mL given at <100 mL in 30-45 mins. Individualised dosage. |

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. |

禁忌 |
Severe anemia or cardiac failure. |
|
注意事項 |
If dehydration is present, additional fluids must accompany or follow administration. Patients with low cardiac reserve or with no albumin deficiency. Slower rate of administration in cases of hypertension. Administration of large quantities should be supplemented with or replaced by whole blood. |

不良反應 |
Nausea, vomiting, increased salivation & febrile reactions.
