Control & prevention of hemorrhagic episodes in patients with hemophilia B (congenital factor IX deficiency or Christmas disease), including control & prevention of bleeding in surgical settings. |

用量 |
Individualized dosage. Dosage & duration of treatment depend on the severity of the factor IX deficiency, the location & extent of bleeding, & the patient's clinical condition, age & recovery of factor IX. |

Observe patients closely for signs or symptoms of thrombosis or disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Exercise caution when administering to patients with liver disease, post-operatively, neonates, or patients at risk of thromboembolic phenomena or DIC. Pregnancy & lactation. |
