適應症

Treatment of both HBeAg-positive & HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B in non-cirrhotic & cirrhotic patients with compensated liver disease & evidence of viral replication & liver inflammation. Treatment of chronic hepatitis C, alone or in combination with ribavirin, in non-cirrhotic patients & cirrhotic patients with compensated liver disease.

用量

HBeAg-positive & HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B 180 mcg SC once weekly for 48 weeks. Chronic hepatitis C Monotherapy: 180 mcg SC once weekly for 48 weeks. Combination therapy: 180 mcg SC once weekly. Genotype 1 & 4 patients with & without RVR < 75 kg Administer with ribavirin 1,000 mg for 48 weeks; ≥ 75 kg Administer with ribavirin 1,200 mg for 48 weeks. Treatment for 24 weeks may be considered in patients with genotype 1 with low viral load (LVL) (≤ 800,000 iu/mL) at baseline with RVR & genotype 4 with RVR. Genotype 2/3 Administer with ribavirin 800 mg for 24 weeks. HIV-HCV co-infection 180 mcg SC once weekly for 48 weeks alone or in combination with ribavirin 800 mg.

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus.

禁忌

Hypersensitivity. Autoimmune hepatitis; severe hepatic dysfunction or decompensated liver cirrhosis; HIV-HCV patient with cirrhosis & a Child-Pugh score ≥ 6; neonates & young children up to 3 years; pregnancy.

注意事項

Prior to therapy, standard hematological & biochemical laboratory tests are recommended for all patients. Baseline values for initiation of treatment: neutrophil ≥ 1,500/mm³, Platelet count ≥ 90,000/mm³, Hb ≥ 12 g/dL. Serious infections. Autoimmune disorders. TSH levels should be determined during the course of therapy if a patient develops clinical symptoms consistent with possible thyroid dysfunction. Existence or history of severe psychiatric conditions. All patients should have a baseline eye examination. Any patient complaining of decrease or loss of vision must have a prompt & complete eye examination. Preexisting ophthalmologic disorders (eg, diabetic or hypertensive retinopathy). Preexisting cardiac abnormalities. Discontinue when persistent or unexplained pulmonary infiltrates or pulmonary function impairment occurs. Patients co-infected with HIV & receiving Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy (HAART). May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Renal impairment.

Anorexia, decreased weight, insomnia, depression, irritability, concentration impairment, anxiety, headache, dizziness, dyspnea, cough, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, alopecia, pruritus, dermatitis, dry skin, myalgia, arthralgia, fatigue, pyrexia, rigors, inj site reaction, asthenia, pain.
