用量

Complicated skin & skin structure infections, community-acquired pneumonia including concurrent bacteremia, hospital-acquired pneumonia Adult & adolescent ≥ 12 years 600 mg IV/orally every 12 hr for 10-14 days. Children from birth-11 years 10 mg/kg IV/orally every 8 hr for 10-14 days. Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium infections including concurrent bacteremia Adult & adolescent ≥ 12 years 600 mg IV/orally every 12 hr for 14-28 days. Children from birth-11 years 10 mg/kg IV/orally every 8 hr for 14-28 days. Uncomplicated skin & skin structure infections Adult 400 mg orally every 12 hr for 10-14 days. Adolescent 600 mg orally every 12 hr for 10-14 days. Children 5-11 years 10 mg/kg orally every 12 hr; < 5 years 10 mg/kg orally every 8 hr for 10-14 days. MRSA infections Adult 600 mg every 12 hr.

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus.

禁忌

Hypersensitivity to linezolid. Concurrent administration of MAOIs. Uncontrolled HTN, pheochromocytoma, thyrotoxicosis &/or patients taking sympathomimetic agents (eg, pseudoephedrine), vasopressive agents (eg, epinephrine, norepinephrine), dopaminergic agents (eg, dopamine, dobutamine). Carcinoid syndrome &/or patients serotonin reuptake inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, serotonin 5-HT₁ receptor agonists (triptans), meperidine or buspirone.

注意事項

Monitor complete blood count weekly, especially those who receive linezolid for > 2 weeks. Preexisting myelosuppression, receiving concomitant drugs that produce bone marrow suppression or those with chronic infection who have received previous or concomitant antibiotic therapy. Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD) must be considered in patients with diarrhea following antibiotic use. Peripheral & optic neuropathy. Seizure, uncontrolled HTN, pheochromocytoma, thyrotoxicosis, carcinoid syndrome, untreated hyperthyroidism. Pregnancy & lactation.

不良反應

Diarrhea, headache, nausea. Less common: Oral or vag moniliasis, HTN, dyspepsia, localized abdominal pain, pruritus, tongue discolouration, myelosuppression, superinfection.
