Severe obstructive aortic or pulmonic valvular disease, out flow tract obstruction in hypertropic subaortic stenosis, acute MI. Monitor BP & heart rate during therapy. Renal impairment. Pregnancy, lactation. |

Headache, ventricular & supraventricular arrhythmias, hypotension, chest pain, rash.
