用量 |
Initially, 1 mg/kg/day in divided doses (morning & evening). If necessary, the dose may be increased after 1 month to 1.5 mg/kg/day; max daily dose: 2 mg/kg. |

注意事項 |
Monitor platelet & white blood cell counts during therapy; plasma tyrosine levels should be kept below 500 micromole/L in order to avoid toxic effects to the eyes, skin & nervous system; advise patient to consult a doctor immediately if they develop visual disturbances during treatment; regular liver monitoring by imaging & lab tests, including serum α-fetoprotein conc is recommended. |

Alopecia, dry skin, exfoliative dermatitis, maculopapular rash, pruritis; leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, epistaxis, porphyria; conjunctivitis, corneal opacity, keratitis, photophobia; blepharitis, cataracts, eye pain; hepatic neoplasm, liver failure.
