Indications |
Treatment of peripheral occlusive arterial diseases & circulatory disorders of arteriosclerotic, diabetic, inflammatory or functional origin trophic disorders, lower leg ulcer & gangrene. Circulatory disorders of the eye, functional disorders of internal ears, cerebral blood flow disorders, ischaemic & post-apoplectic states.

Dosage |
Initially 1 tab tid. Maintenance: 1 tab bid.

Administration |
Should be taken with food (Take after meals. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.). |
Contraindications |
Severe cerebral hemorrhage; recent MI; massive retinal hemorrhage. Pregnancy.

Adverse Drug Reactions |
GI upset; headache, flushing, tachycardia, angina pectoris or hypotension.

Drug Interactions |
May potentiate effects of antihypertensives. High parenteral dose may intensify hypoglycemic action of insulin & oral hypoglycemics.

Pregnancy Category (US FDA) |
Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available.
