Indications |
Maintenance treatment of patients w/ COPD (including chronic bronchitis & emphysema) & associated dyspnoea. Prevention of exacerbations. |

Dosage |
1 cap for inhalation once daily w/ the use of HandiHaler. |
|
Contraindications |
Hypersensitivity to atropine or its derivatives. |
|
Special Precautions |
Not for initial treatment of acute episodes of bronchospasm. May cause immediate hypersensitivity reactions. Narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia or bladder-neck obstruction. Moderate to severe renal impairment. |
|
Adverse Drug Reactions |
Dry mouth, constipation, cough & local irritation, tachycardia, difficulty in urinating & urinary retention, hypersensitivity reactions.

Pregnancy Category (US FDA) |
