Contents Carboplatin
Indications Ovarian, cervical, head & neck, lung & bladder cancers.
Dosage IV 400 mg/m2 every 4 wk or Calvert formula dosing.
Contraindications Preexisting severe renal impairment & myelosuppression, severe allergy to platinum components or mannitol.
Special Precautions Peripheral blood counts, renal & neurological function to be monitored closely. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Drug Reactions Hematologic, GI, neurologic toxicity.
